Sophia's Crowns Flower Shop Wins $5K Grant

Our owner, Trish Boyle, gave a heart felt pitch at a competition host by Balsa Foundation. In pure shock, that pitch won the #1 prize which is $5k, other amazing small businesses that are now apart of the cohort won $1k.

Sophia’s Flower Flower Shop will utilize the $5k grant to further the development of our flower garden located at 528 Poepping St in the 11 ward.

We will be installing a water system, new gate, more garden beds, and a brand new greenhouse.
